Veggie Wontons
Ingredients
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 garlic
- corn kernels from one large ear
- 1 large carrot, grated
- handful of mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 egg
- wonton wrappers
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, corn, mushrooms, carrot, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. Add the egg and stir to mix. Place a tablespoon of veggie mix in the middle of each wonton wrapper, wet the edges and press together to make a semi-circle. Fry in hot oil about a minute and half on each side.
